SHIPPING AND AVAILABILITY
Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipment.   All items are inspected for damage and quality before they are shipped to you. While we do our best to see that your order is handled in the most prompt method possible, circumstances beyond our control do not always allow us to guarantee delivery by a certain date. You can be assured, however, that we do monitor delivery status and we will be sure to notify you if we suspect any delays in shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will accept items for exchange of size, only. All tags must still be attached and item unworn. Please return item in original packaging, tissue, plastic, hanger etc. and request your new size with your return. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your money to you. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please call us at 949 497-7470, prior to purchasing.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
We will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, United States Checks, or Money Orders issued in the United States. Upon your payment's clearance of our bank, your order will be shipped. We do charge $30.00 for all returned checks in accordance with our bank's fees and stipulations. All charge card transactions will be billed as "Delicate Illusions" on your credit card statement.
