SHIPPING AND AVAILABILITY
Please allow 1-3 weeks for shipment.   All items are inspected for damage and quality before they are shipped to you. While we do our best to see that your order is handled in the most prompt method possible, circumstances beyond our control do not always allow us to guarantee delivery by a certain date. You can be assured, however, that we do monitor delivery status and we will be sure to notify you if we suspect any delays in shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Since our product line is considered intimate apparel and since 95% of our products are made-to-order, we strictly enforce our policy on "no returns".   We will exchange shoes/boots for size only - if the item is available in other sizes- if requested within 5 days of receipt. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please be sure to double check your size & color selection before placing your order. All shipping charges,including shipping incurred for authorized returns/exchanges will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Any unauthorized returns/refused packages will result in a 15% re-stocking fee. We have the right to refuse any package.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
We will accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, United States Checks, or Money Orders issued in the United States. Upon your payment's clearance of our bank, your order will be shipped. We do charge $30.00 for all returned checks in accordance with our bank's fees and stipulations. All charge card transactions will be billed as "Delicate Illusions" on your credit card statement.
